Pacer's 2/0 AWG Yellow Battery Cable Assemblies are custom manufactured in Sarasota, FL USA. How are they produced? Well, this process starts by using Pacer's UL approved marine cables. The cables are cut to the correct length using a precision cut and strip machine. The machine allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. Once the cable has been cut to the correct length, terminals are added to the ends. Pacer uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper that creates a superior gas tight crimp. After the terminals are crimped, heat shrink is applied to the assembly. The epoxy lined heat shrink is used to create a moisture and air tight connection. This process creates the highest quality 2/0 AWG yellow battery cable assemblies. These assemblies are made in such a way that they outlive the battery itself. Pacer builds all assemblies with the boater in mind.
