Well, the process begins by using Pacer's UL approved battery cables. The cables are cut to length by utilizing a precision cut and strip machine. The machine allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. After the cable has been cut to the correct length, terminals are applied to the ends. Pacer uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper that creates an unbeatable gas tight crimp. Once the terminals are properly crimped, heat shrink is added to the assembly. This heat shrink creates an air and moisture tight connection. This process creates superior battery cable assemblies.
