The assemblies are created using a precision cut and strip machine. This allows for repeatable and accurate cuts. After the cable is cut to the desired length, the next step is adding the correct terminals. Pacer uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper to create a superior gas tight crimp. When the terminals are properly crimped, the next step is to add epoxy heat shrink. This heat shrink creates a moisture tight and airtight connection. Through this process, Pacer creates superior 4/0 AWG Yellow battery cable assemblies.
