4/0 AWG, Battery Cable Assemblies, Red

Pacer's custom 4/0 AWG Red Battery Cable Assemblies are manufactured to order. How are they manufactured? They are made using Pacer's UL approved marine cables. The cables are cut to length using a precision cut and strip machine. This allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. After the cable is at the desired length, the next step is terminating the ends. Pacer uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper to create an unbeatable gas tight crimp. When the terminals are properly crimped, the next step is to add epoxy-lined heat shrink. The heat shrink is used to create a moisture and air tight connection. This process creates superior battery cable assemblies. These assemblies are designed to outlive the battery itself.
