The cables are cut to length using a precision cut and strip machine. The machine allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. Once the cable has been cut to the proper length, the ends are terminated. Pacer utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper to create a superior gas tight crimp. After the terminals are crimped, epoxy-lined heat shrink is added. This heat shrink is used to create a moisture and airtight connection. This process creates the highest quality 4 AWG Red battery cable assemblies available.
