Bullet connectors are a durable, simple wire connector. They are used in a variety of electrical applications. These connectors are round female and male pole-type connectors. They easily fit together with each other to create a wired connection. Bullet connectors are designed to create a secure, high-quality electrical connection. The male terminal is rounded to connect with the hollow female bullet connector. It is important to note that the male and female must be of the same size. How do you use them? It's easy. Simply select the correct size and diameter based on the wire you will be using and the application. Now, strip the wires the proper length and slide the bullet connector over the stripped wire. Crimp the terminal using the proper tool and you're done. It's a good idea to perform a tug test to make you've created a solid connection. This vinyl insulated terminal contains a simple poly-vinyl chloride sleeve. This durable sleeve makes them a rugged, long-lasting connector option. Selecting the correct bullet connector isn't always an easy task. Contact a Pacer expert with any questions that you may have.
