As I said above, The DTM line of connectors is built for use with lower amperages. They are designed to work with 24-20 AWG wires or size 20 contacts. They are built in such a way that they offer 7.5-amp continuous capacity. People often ask us, what is the “M” for? Well, the “M” stands for “mini” which helps to encompass their amperage rating as well as their overall size. Do not be fooled by their compact size however, these connectors are extremely durable and designed with longevity in mind.

What are DTM Repair Packs and Kits?
